Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over €30, automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. While most orders arrive within this window, occasional delays can happen due to customs or carrier conditions outside our control.

30-Day Return Window
Not the right fit, or simply changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at freshoodei.com@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

📩 Order Issues

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at freshoodei.com@gmail.com — we can usually update it within 12 hours of purchase, before the order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
